Donation or online purchase: If you make a donation online or purchase tickets through our website, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below. Name and email address are also collected in order to send you the tickets. Name and email address are also shared with the event organiser to keep you up to date with event information and to add you to the guestlist.
Selecting a ticket from The Ticket Bank: After selecting tickets we require information of the attendee who will be using the ticket. We ask for name, email address, and whether they are a beneficiary, volunteer or staff member.
Newsletter: We ask for your name, email address, reason for interest, job title (if applicable) and company/organisation (if applicable).
How is your information used?
