The Ticket Bank Terms & Conditions

The Ticket Bank & Tickets For Good Foundation. The aims of The Ticket Bank are:

  • To provide a service that supports greater ticket donations to more and diverse community groups
  • To increase participation in events (especially arts events) by marginalized groups
  • To support the mental health and wellbeing of these groups through the provision of tickets

By signing up to The Ticket Bank, you agree to the following terms:

  • To prioritise tickets for individuals that would not normally attend these kinds of events or may face barriers to attending events such as financial, physical or social
  • To ensure that you do not take more tickets than you need and to encourage ticket recipients to attend events
  • To ensure that tickets are only ever used by the recipients you informed us of
  • To inform us, or to request a refund, as soon as possible of any tickets that you know you can no longer use
  • To provide details of attendees in a timely manner to ensure that tickets can be distributed
  • It is the attendee’s responsibility to arrive at the event at the proposed time, and Tickets For Good will not be held responsible for any non-admissions due to late entry. Although in most cases event organizers make every effort to admit latecomers, however, there is always a last entry time at the event, so therefore admission cannot be guaranteed after this time. Please make sure you check the details of the event for this information, as it is the responsibility of the event organizer to inform of these details
  • Attendees must comply with all rules and regulations at the event, including complying with age and drugs & alcohol restrictions. Tickets For Good will not be held responsible for the non-admission, or rejection from the event. The venue and the event organiser reserve the right to refuse and reject entry; in the case that admission could risk the safety and enjoyment of yourself and others
  • To support us in the capturing of regarding the impact of attending events through the completion of surveys by support workers/staff members and attendees
  • To never resell or use the tickets to raise money unless it is explicitly expressed that these tickets can be used for this purpose. In the event that a ticket may be used for fundraising purposes, you agree to the additional terms:
    • Any money raised through the use of the tickets must be for charitable purposes
    • After the fundraising activity you will provide information on total money raised through use of tickets
    • You will provide contact details for ticket winners/recipients so that we can complete the chain of purchase

As a service provider, we will:

  • Provide as much notice as possible regarding tickets to allow for the longest possible lead-time before events
  • Provide an accurate and up-to-date position on the number of tickets available to events
  • Provide details on accessibility issues at events
  • Work to encourage fair access to tickets by limiting the number of tickets available per organisation to high-demand events
  • Endeavour to inform you of any changes to events with regards to cancellation or rescheduling as soon as possible, though ultimate responsibility will be held by the event organiser
  • Establish partnerships with a range of event organisers in order to offer a broad range of events that will appeal to multiple audiences
  • Respond to feedback and work with you to increase access to events
